PhD: 15 Dec. 1982, "Sub Auspiciis Praesidentis Rei Publicae".
Habilitation: 16 Dec.1988; from 26th Feb. 1989 lecturer for "Zoology" at the Faculty of Natural Sciences at the Leopold-Franzens-University Innsbruck.
